About Hannah

Hello! I'm Hannah and I am the artist behind Wilson & Frankel Studio! I named my business after my families, having many generations of artists on both my Frankel and Wilson side. I knew this was the way I wanted to honor them and represent myself!

From the time I was a little girl, I was creating all sorts of drawings and art when I had the chance. As I grew older, I found that I was favoring graphite pencils and focusing on realism portrait drawings. I loved (and still do) the incredible attention to detail it required.

I am a self-taught artist, however throughout my childhood and teen years I attended art camps and pre-college summer art programs at the Fashion Institute of Technology in NYC. Thanks to this, I was encouraged to branch out and try other mediums and styles that I may have otherwise stayed away from.

Most recently, I have branched into the realm of digital art. The transition from traditional pencil and paper to screen and stylus was tough, but I've found I love it a lot! It has given me the chance to experiment using different mediums without the investment (and clutter) of purchasing lots of new materials.

I tend to be interested in a lot of things at once so niching down was not something I could do when deciding what type of art and products I wanted to sell. Therefore, I settled on selling everything! Shopping with me, you will have a selection of art prints from traditional artwork, original pieces, stickers, digital paintings, and even Procreate brushes I've created for you to choose from!

Thank you for supporting me and my small art business!
